QuickShip offers transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing with free sign-up and no subscription plans. Merchants are charged per order based on the destination country zone and shipment weight, and full pricing is shown upfront before a shipment is booked.
QuickShip operates on a prepaid model for all shipping and logistics charges. Customers maintain an account balance that is funded in advance, and the cost of each shipment is deducted automatically from that balance at the time the shipment is booked. This model allows customers to track shipping spend in real time and avoid surprise invoices at the end of a billing cycle.
When a customer books a shipment through QuickShip — whether directly through our platform or via a connected sales channel such as Shopify — the applicable shipping cost is calculated at the time of booking based on the pricing, surcharges, and calculation rules based on dimensional weight, per-piece caps, optional services, and category-specific handling fees. That amount is deducted from the customer's account balance immediately. If a shipment is cancelled or a discrepancy adjustment applies (such as a difference between declared and measured weight), the account balance is adjusted accordingly and reflected in the customer's transaction history.
Customers can add funds to their QuickShip account at any time through the Add Fund option after successful login; this will redirect to the payment gateway. Only KYC approved customers can add funds to the account. There is no obligation to maintain a minimum balance beyond what's needed to cover upcoming shipments, and customers are notified when their account balance runs low so shipping isn't interrupted.
Every deduction, surcharge, and Add Fund transaction is recorded and available to customers as a running statement within their QuickShip account, so they can reconcile shipping spend against individual orders at any time.
