Returns

We offer the most positive returns experience. When you process your shipment with Quickship, you can send a free shipping label for returns using carriers like Purolator, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. You will only be charged for the label if it is used. Your customers will be 100% satisfied knowing they can return their order to you free of charge.

Claims

Guidelines on claims to ensure that your claims experience is smooth, please follow the below guidelines:

  • - A loss or damage claim should be submitted within 15 days of a shipment being delivered (the sooner, the better)
  • - A service failure claim should be submitted within 10 calendar days

  • - Shipper’s Risk items only qualify for Lost shipments when insurance is purchased
Refunds & Cancellation

Guidelines on claims to ensure that your claims experience is smooth, please follow the below guidelines:

  • - An order can be cancelled until a pickup request is not generated or not inbound to the hub, and refunds would be processed immediately to 1 business day.
  • - Certain services do not offer cancellation & Refund once order is booked, as cancellation and refund is not offered by the service provider. You can refer the details of each partner service before placing any order.
  • - If any Order is returned due to lack of proper packaging, wrong information rendered by You/ Customer or wrong weight entered by Customer/ You, We shall not be held responsible for return of the package and shall not be liable to refund the amount to You.
  • - You can close/cancel the account at any time by emailing info@quickshipnow.com. Your account balance (if any) shall be refunded within 15 business days, after adjusting pending invoices/dues/discrepancies, if any.
